Dr Michele Murphy and Dr Cate Howell recorded the relaxation scripts outlined in their book on stress and anxiety called ‘Release Your Worries’ (also available from this website).

A range of relaxation techniques are covered, including muscle relaxation, breathing techniques, visualisation, mindfulness and a self-compassion meditation. Please listen to the introduction first, and then you can try out each technique individually and find the ones that suit you the most. Enjoy!
