Dr Cate is able to provide phone or Skype life/health coaching sessions:
- Dr Cate can assist you to identify directions to take in your life, or guide you in how to move towards general life goals.
- She has an interest in assisting with health issues, and has a particular interest in weight related issues.
- Dr Cate draws on general life/health coaching principles and practices, as well as Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)/Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) coaching techniques, plus ideas from Positive Psychology. She has a range of tools that she has developed to assist with coaching.
- Dr Cate can also assist with business/career coaching.
