There are 4 recordings, designed to be positive and relaxing, and assist with mood and anxiety:

  • The first is an introduction to the recordings.
  • The second is a half hour meditation involving muscle relaxation, breathing techniques, and meditating on a peaceful place.
  • The third is an uplifting meditation on colour.
  • The fourth is a meditation introducing mindfulness.

Please use them when it is safe for you to do so e.g. do not use whilst driving.
