The Health and Wellbeing ‘Script’ was created to help you review key areas in life that contribute to living well and maintaining your mental health. A guide to using the script is provided. You will find that lifestyle issues, along with tools from Positive Psychology are included. A page for goal-setting, and some strategies from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy are provided. We suggest that you read the guide first, and then complete the script, on your own, or with your therapist. You will also find that some resources from Dr Cate’s book ‘Listening, Learning, Caring and Counselling’ are also included. This is because a few of the diary tables may be useful – again you might like to work through with your therapist.
